How does PLATED STUDIO transform my photos?
PLATED STUDIO uses advanced AI technology to analyze your food photos and apply professional styling. For selective edits and enhancements, AI-powered inpainting is used for precise results. Your photos are sent to our AI services for processing and are not stored after the transformation is complete.
What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes 3 photo transforms per month with access to select styling vibes and multiple export sizes. You can upgrade to Pro at any time for 50 monthly transforms, all vibes, batch processing, selective editing, custom styles, and the ability to purchase credit packs.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Your subscription is managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and find PLATED STUDIO to modify or cancel. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page at
reportaproblem.apple.com or by contacting Apple Support.
What happens to my purchased credits?
Purchased photo credits never expire and persist across billing cycles. They are separate from your monthly subscription allowance and are used only when your monthly transforms run out. Credit packs are available for Pro subscribers.
What is the Enhance / Selective Editing feature?
Enhance lets Pro users edit specific areas of a photo using AI. Simply draw over the area you want to improve, describe what you'd like changed, and our AI will precisely edit just that section while keeping the rest of your image intact.
How do I delete my account?
Open PLATED STUDIO, go to your Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account, photos, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Photos sent to AI services are used solely for transformation and are not retained afterward. No personal data beyond your photos is shared with third-party AI providers. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
